Policy

We calculate the shipping cost on the basis on Volumetric Weight (LXBXH) /4000 and shipping charges mentioned on website are estimated. 

If you select the shipping option as Store Pickup, you are requested to provide the Order ID and Image of Payment Receipt on Whatsapp at +91-8800129019, your shipping cost will be calculated and you will be provided the Amount you need to pay for Shipping. After shipping charges payment, you order will be confirmed and will be shipped as per our shipping policy.

If you have selected the shipping option as Standard Delivery, after Shipment Booking, the difference/ extra amount charged from you will be initiated for refund.

Usually we ship the orders on the same day, orders received till 11:00 AM will be shipped on the same day, orders received after 11:00 AM will be shipped on the next working day. In any case we will ship your order within 48 hours.

For Customer living in Metros and Tier-1 cities products will get delivered within 5 working days, and for the rest of India they make take up-to 7 working days.

Delivery of products is however, limited to certain pin-code/locations. If your Pin Code is not serviceable by any of our shipping partner, your order will be marked as cancelled and 100% refund process will be initiated from our end.

You will get updated status of shipment at its each stage from order is placed to, processes to, ready to ship to, dispatch to deliver. You can track your orders through; My Account -> Orders. Also Order Tracking number will be provided to you, along with URL to track the order.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days, to ship the order.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sunday & public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies (Aggregator vendor is Shyplite).

While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 0-2 days.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

 

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail at ssmarketingggn@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
 

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
S S Marketing is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
